Cancellation policies and payment methods for excursions
Excursions of More than 1 Day
Cancellations
- Within 30 days prior to travel: Deposit or payment is non-refundable.
- Between 31 and 60 days before travel: 50% of the deposit/payment will be refunded.
- More than 60 days before travel: 100% of the deposit/payment will be refunded.
Day Trips:
Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before the tour start time: 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- Within 48 hours before the tour start time: Payment is non-refundable.
Deposit
- For reservations made more than 7 days in advance, a 40% deposit of the total tour cost is required to secure your reservation.
- If the reservation is made less than 7 days in advance, full payment is required.

Unforeseen Circumstances
- If the company cancels the activity due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems, or a lack of participants, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment.

- For all customer-requested cancellations, please note that any prepaid amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unforeseen personal emergencies, such as illness or accidents, to protect your investment and well-being.
